Trello users can now access the project management tool directly from their desktop after the launch of native Windows and Mac apps. The software had previously been browser-based only, meaning that Trello boards could easily get lost amid a multitude of browser tabs. Atlassian, meanwhile, has made a series of product announcements this week, during its Atlassian Summit conference. This includes Identity Manager for Atlassian Cloud, which the company said offers users SAML single sign-on for identity management, enforced two-step verification, advanced password policies and priority cloud support.
